At Iron Coyote, we work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

During product launches, sales, holidays, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and Sendle.

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days

  • Flat rate calculated at checkout

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days

  • Available at checkout for eligible locations

Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $200 AUD


International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations.

International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Customers are responsible for any:

  • import duties

  • customs fees

  • taxes charged by their country

Iron Coyote is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking where available.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Iron Coyote is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
